Can I request a custom size or color?
Yes, we accept custom orders. Please mention your specifications in the note field during checkout or contact us directly via WhatsApp. Custom orders may require additional production time.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. For remote areas, delivery may take longer. Estimated delivery time is confirmed via WhatsApp after your order is received.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost is calculated manually based on your location and the size of the item. We will confirm the shipping cost via WhatsApp before your order is processed.
What materials are used in your furniture?
We use natural rattan sourced locally in Indonesia, combined with solid wood frames such as teak and mahogany. All pieces are finished with a water-based protective coating.
How do I care for rattan furniture?
Clean with a soft dry cloth regularly. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive humidity, or standing water. For outdoor use, ensure the piece is covered or stored indoors during rain.
Do you ship outside Indonesia?
Currently we only ship within Indonesia. For international inquiries, please contact us via WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I place an order?
Add your desired items to the cart, fill in your shipping details, and submit your order via WhatsApp. Our team will confirm your order, shipping cost, and estimated delivery time shortly after.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please document the condition upon arrival and contact us via WhatsApp immediately.
