We ship our handcrafted rattan furniture across Indonesia and internationally. All orders are processed and shipped after payment confirmation.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. For custom or made-to-order pieces, production time may vary and will be communicated directly via WhatsApp.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all regions across Indonesia. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight, and will be confirmed via WhatsApp before you complete your transfer.
International Shipping
We ship internationally, including to Australia, Europe, and North America. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us via WhatsApp for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Larger items such as shelves may be flat-packed with assembly instructions included.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send your tracking number via WhatsApp. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website or by entering the tracking number on Google.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us via WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
