Each piece is handcrafted to order. We take great care in quality control and packaging. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility
Refunds or exchanges are accepted if the item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order, with photo evidence sent via WhatsApp.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Natural variations in rattan color, texture, and weave pattern are not considered defects — they are characteristics of handcrafted natural materials.
Process
To initiate a return or refund, contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your claim within 2 business days and propose a resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged in transit or sent incorrectly on our part.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or bank account as agreed via WhatsApp.
